How often should I get my windows cleaned in Iowa?
Iowa’s dust, pollen, and hard-water spots build up fast. Most homeowners around Ames and Des Moines get the best results with a spring and fall cleaning. Just moved in or prepping for an event? A one-time clean is a great place to start.
Do you clean the inside of my windows, or just the outside?
Both. Every visit covers interior and exterior glass, frames, tracks, and sills — not just a quick outside spray. Screens are cleaned every visit at no extra charge.
Is pressure washing safe for my siding, deck, or driveway?
Yes — we adjust pressure and technique to the surface. Vinyl siding, wood decks, brick, and concrete all need different approaches, and we know which is which, so you don’t end up with stripped paint or damaged wood.
How often should gutters be cleaned in central Iowa?
With the mature trees around Ames, Urbandale, and West Des Moines, twice a year — spring and fall — keeps gutters clear before Iowa’s spring downpours and before winter ice dams form. Homes with heavy tree cover may want a third visit.
When should I book holiday lighting installation?
We start installing in early-to-mid November, ahead of the first hard freeze and the holiday rush. Booking by late October is the best way to lock in your preferred date.
Do you take the lights down after the season?
Yes — takedown and off-season storage are part of the service, so you’re not finding space in the garage or back on a ladder in January.
